Diamond TR Horsemanship Academy is a unique family owned and operated stable that promotes a safe family-friendly atmosphere for riders and boarders of all ages and level of experience. The Academy is located at Diamond TR Ranch, a working 300 acre ranch located on the edge of the Ouachita National Forest
in west Pulaski County on Highway 10...only 20 minutes from Little Rock.
We
have a unique program that trains both horses and riders with an
emphasis on fundamentals. Our training programs are customized based
on the individual needs of the horse or rider. From just learning the
basics of recreational riding to competing in regional dressage competitions, we
can work with you.

Learning to "ride" is only about learning to be in the saddle. Someone can learn to ride and never be a "horseman."
Horsemanship means learning about the horse and building a relationship with the horse,
on the ground and in the saddle. Some of the best horsemen in the
world are also the best riders in the world, because they understand
how the horse thinks and truly communicate with the horse.
It
is this philosophy that guides everything we do at Diamond TR -- from
lessons, to boarding, to training -- it's all about the horse.
