Black Angus cattle form the heart of our Diamond TR Ranch grass fed beef herd.  Grazing on mixed bermuda pastures and other natural grasses allow our cattle to grow slowly and soak up the benefits from that forage.  We are pleased to offer grass fed beef for your family.  Higher levels of Omega 3, CLA, and Vitamin E combined with a leaner beef to are all the reasons that we eat grass fed beef and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.  

All of our beef is processed at a USDA inspected facility under supervision to insure safety. After careful aging, the meat is flash frozen to preserve flavor.
